Free standard shipping applies only to orders over $100 shipped within the U.S. You may choose another shipping method for faster delivery if free standard shipping does not meet your requirements.
To the best of our abilities, orders placed before 12 p.m. CST on a business day will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. will ship the following business day.
Accurate Address Information
You are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and billing information at the time of purchase. All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page. If the shipping or billing information is incorrect, contact us immediately to avoid issues or delays.
Tracking an Order
Once an order has shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, it will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Tracking information is also available within your Global Healing customer account.
The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is three to five business days for orders in the U.S. and 11 to 16 business days to Canada.
Expedited Shipping: US Orders
FedEx does not count Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays in their guaranteed delivery time. USPS does count Saturdays for delivery to most areas but does not count Sundays or federal holidays; their estimated days for delivery are also not guaranteed (Priority Express is the only option guaranteed).
Expedited Shipping: International Orders
FedEx International Priority typically delivers with one to three business days by close of business. FedEx does not count Saturday or Sunday in their delivery time. USPS Priority Mail International typically delivers with six to 10 business days by close of business. USPS Priority Mail Express International typically delivers with three to five business days by close of business. USPS does not count Saturday or Sunday in their delivery time when shipping International.
USPS International Tracking
Tracking information may not be available for international orders sent through USPS once the order is out of the U.S.
A signature is required at the time of delivery for orders valued at $500 or more. All other orders are at the discretion of the delivery driver and whether they feel comfortable leaving a package without a signature. Delivery placement at the shipping address will vary, although most deliveries are left at the mailbox, front door, or front office if delivered to a building complex.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within one business day of receipt so that we can report it to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.
If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please contact us so we can work to resolve the issue. Also, just to be sure, please double-check the surrounding area where it could have potentially been delivered and with your neighbors.
Items that were ordered while listed as “out of stock” will be shipped when they become available. Shipping will be expedited at no additional charge.
International shipping rates cover shipping only. You are responsible for any import duties, fees, or taxes incurred during delivery.
Selecting an International Carrier
We strongly recommend that you choose a carrier with whom you are familiar. We provide two carrier options — FedEx and USPS. While FedEx and USPS both work to clear a package through customs and have brokers that work to facilitate the clearance process, no service can guarantee all packages will reach their final international destination.
FedEx International offers reliable expedited delivery service to many countries with a delivery time ranging from one to five business days, depending on the service chosen. Tracking is available for most destinations, and an estimated delivery date is also available. For information about FedEx international shipping, please visit FedEx Global Trade Manager.
USPS International offers affordable and proven international delivery service to many countries with a delivery time ranging from three business days up to two months, depending on the service chosen. The delivery date is not guaranteed. However, because USPS uses the postal service for the country of import for final delivery, certain charges are waived for some countries. Import Duties, Fees & Taxes
All orders shipped to a destination outside of the U.S. are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. It is your responsibility to obtain any governmental permission or documentation required for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges, including duties, fees, and taxes.
Delays in delivery may occur if a package is randomly selected by the destination country’s customs department or agency for inspection.
We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of an order into any country. We do not profit from these charges, and we work closely with brokers and carriers to try and avoid delays.
USPS International Returns
USPS is the only carrier that will return a package that has not cleared customs without additional charges.
If a package is detained or refused by a country’s customs agency for any reason, a refund for the order will be credited to your account. The cost to return the package to Global Healing and any charges incurred during delivery will be deducted from the refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, as they are paid to the carrier and not to Global Healing. The refund will be processed once the package is received by Global Healing.
